SHIPPING POLICY

The timeframe provided by Liam Seear-Budd for lead times and shipping of an order is an approximate estimate only and may be subject to change without notice. Liam Seear-Budd does not accept any responsibility for any loss incurred if the product is not delivered within the estimated timeframes.

If you are receiving products internationally, please note that additional fees and duties may be levied by customs. As the recipient of the product, it is your responsibility to pay any taxes or duties imposed by the country we are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Liam Seear-Budd cannot provide information on the cost of these duties, so please ensure you are aware of the fees involved before making your purchase.


PICKUP & DROP OFF POLICY

Where a product is listed as ‘Pick Up’ at checkout, we will be in touch to organise a suitable time to collect from the pick up location in Collingwood, VIC, Australia.

Where a product has been purchased with the selection of the ‘Free Delivery’ option we will be in touch to organise a suitable time to drop off. Please note all orders outside of Metropolitan Melbourne will need to checkout with the regular shipping option.


LOST OR DAMAGED

In case you suspect that your order has been lost or damaged during shipment, please get in touch with us at sssaladdd@gmail.com. It is your duty to examine all products upon receiving them. If any damage has occurred, please ensure that it is recorded on the delivery docket presented to you by the courier for signature. You are required to send us a notification and images of any damage or missing goods via email within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will release us from any liability for damages.
